Hill Country Summer Camp for Elementary Age Kiddos

Get outside in nature every summer at Vista’s ranch in Driftwood!

Campers can expect games & activities, crafts, and learning around Vista’s favorite topics such as beekeeping, chickens, native plants, aquifers, light pollution, vegetable gardening, birds and more. Of course, there will also be plenty of fun and free play time!

About Camp Driftwood:

  • Children must be in 1st through 5th grade (2026-27 school year)

  • Camp Hours are Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm.

  • Limited spots available (just 40 campers per session).

  • Sibling discount of $25 per child available.

Camp is hosted during hours that Vista is closed to the public, giving the kiddos free range of the 21-acre ranch. 

Camp Driftwood culminates on Thursday afternoon with a performance for parents at 4:00 pm.  Families are invited to stay for dinner and socialize. 

Campers look forward to annual traditions such as Water Gun Battle, Egg Toss, Watermelon Snack, Tie Dye, Field Day and of course, The Performance!

The Details

  • Camp Hours Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm 

  • Children must be in 1st through 5th graders and fully potty trained.

  • Campers must bring their own lunch and two snacks, plus a water bottle.  Ice water provided throughout the day. Some fun snacks provided by Vista, annual traditions like watermelon, snow cones and popcorn!

  • Campers must bring one white shirt for tie-dye

  • Kids may want to bring their own gear for the annual Water Gun Battle!

  • Parent or guardian will be asked to sign a liability waiver and health form.

  • Sibling discount of $25 per child available (will automatically populate in your cart).

Camp Director: Karen, Co-Founder of Vista.  As a mom of three and entrepreneur, Karen has designed a camp to keep kids engaged in safe play, fun crafts, and learning about nature while having fun!

After registration, you will receive a Google Form by email to provide details on your camper(s).  Fully insured.  Operating under an Limited Duration Exemption with Texas Department of Health and Human Services.  Refunds are available for cancellations at least 30 days before the start of camp, minus a $50 administrative fee per child.
