Vista is serving up "The Funky Flight" of four barrel aged brews and sharing cellar release bottles — all paired with elevated Hill Country cuisine. Vista's Chef-driven brunch menu is available a la carte, along with recommendations for barrel aged beer pairings.

Vista’s barrel program creates delicate, unique brews made Vista’s own mineral-rich well water. Expect complex, mixed-culture styles fermented in freshly-emptied wine barrels from our Central Texas neighbors and a small-batch spirits-barrel program using Texas craft spirits barrels.
This event is a celebration of Vista Brewing's barrel program and the complex, funky flavors created through time, oak, and wild fermentation. Whether you're a longtime sour (or stout!) beer lover or simply curious to explore something new, this is the perfect opportunity to learn.
