Mother’s Day Brunch at Vista Brewing

Join us Sunday, May 10th for a casual Mother’s Day in the Hill Country at Vista's 21-acre ranch.

Vista is open from 10 am to 7 pm with live music, a free kids scavenger hunt, baby goats, and plenty of fresh spring air and wildflowers.

Seating is first come, first served. RSVPs are to help Vista deliver better service to you, and do not guarantee a specific time or seating. We tend to be busiest from 10am-12pm.

Goat Shenanigans: Baby Goat Snuggles!

1:00 - 2:30 pm

Cuddle with baby goats! Join a special pop-up from Goat Shenanigans with adorable baby goats who will mingle with you, eat treats, sit in your lap, and pose for lots of cute pictures. Vista Esquites: Grilled corn, poblano, chipotle lime aioli, cotija, paprika, micro cilantro, lime.

Hill Country Brussels: Brussels sprouts with lemon-thyme chèvre, Adair-marinated golden mustard seeds & candied smoked pecans drizzled with guajillo-orange blossom honey.

Warm Pretzel & Pub Cheese : Soft pretzel served with Dark Skies Black Pilsner whole grain mustard & house made pub cheese.

Destination Pub Fries: With salsa macha oil, cotija, cilantro, smoked sea salt & lime aioli.

Brunch Features

Avocado Toast: Avocado mousse, heirloom cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onion, cotija, micro cilantro, local extra virgin olive oil on grilled sourdough.

Carrot Patch Salad: Smoked carrot threads, chive, lemon-thyme chevre, radish, cucumber, shallot, puffed farro with carrot & ginger vinaigrette. 

Big Iron Kolache: Jalapeño kielbasa, creamy grain mustard, sauerkraut, sharp cheddar.

Garden Chilaquiles: Fried corn tortillas with salsa roja, chickpea, avocado, mushroom, queso fresco & pickled peppers.

Texican Eggs Benedict: Smoked brisket, poached egg, avocado hollandaise, jalapeño biscuit, micro greens, smoked sea salt.

Desert Skies French Toast: Sourdough Texas toast, lime skies maple syrup, berries, Mexican cinnamon, vanilla chantilly cream, powdered sugar.
