Charred Corn, Grapefruit & Avocado Salad: Pickled red onion, cotija, chili oil, and lime leaf vinaigrette.

Main Course paired with Vista's Desert Skies Lime - Sotol Barrel Aged Black Pilsner

Coriander-Crusted Wagyu Beef: Mesquite & post oak grilled Texas Wagyu teres major over Texas scalloped potatoes and cilantro-lime compound butter. Served with grilled Texas summer okra and green beans.

Dessert paried with Vista's Daydreamer Barrel Aged Sour Ale with Strawberry

Vanilla Rum Cheesecake with Strawberry Curd: Rich vanilla bean cheesecake kissed with dark rum, with a tangy strawberry curd.
