Vista’s barrel program creates delicate, unique brews made with Vista’s own mineral-rich well water. Expect complex, mixed-culture styles fermented in freshly-emptied wine barrels from our Central Texas neighbors and a small-batch spirits-barrel program using Texas craft spirits barrels.
