The Scout Burger
Simple and classic, just like our 1976 International Scout, this 7 oz. Texas Wagyu burger is topped with just cheddar, pickles, and aioli. Lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup & mustard served on the side. Make it brunchy: add bacon, a fried egg, or avocado.
Burger of the Month: Shroom Service
A wagyu beef patty topped with “drunken” sautéed mushrooms, gruyere cheese, house pickles & citrus aioli on a brioche bun. Suggested Beer Pairing: Habitat - West Coast IPA with Juniper Berries
