Vista Brewing and William Chris Vineyards have worked together on numerous barrel aged beer projects, and we love to showcase their delicious, authentic Texas wines at our popular pairing dinner events.
Vista’s Chef Michael McNeilly has created a delicious menu of elevated Hill Country cuisine, uniquely paired with three wines from WCV and two beers from Vista.
We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and glass of bubbly before gathering around farmhouse tables (in the cold AC!) for a three course meal with wine pairings.
