Harvest Dinner Under the Stars

Join us to kick off the Driftwood Fall Festival with a delicious Harvest Dinner Under the Stars.  Enjoy a four course meal by Chef Michael McNeilly featuring local fall harvest and local proteins.  Make it a date night or bring a group!   

We will begin the evening at 7:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and beverage before gathering around family-style tables for a four course meal. Vista brews and Duchman Family Winery wines will be shared with each course.  Hear from Vista and Duchman leadership about their beverage programs, as well as from local farms Songland Farms and Elder Hill Farms about regenerative agriculture.

Your ticket of $125 per person is all inclusive of food, beverage and service fee (tip). Entry to the Driftwood Fall Festival “Friday Adult Night” is included (games, pumpkin photo ops and more!).

  • 6:00 PM: Live music on Vista's main stage with Americana/ Pop/Singer-Songwriter Emily Shirley

  • 7:00 PM: Driftwood Fall Festival doors open to dinner attendees, enjoy the Fall Fest activities

  • 7:30 PM: Pairing event begins

  • Enjoy the fire pit and festival activities until 10pm

Paired with Vista brews & Duchman Family Winery wines (Driftwood, TX).  Local produce from Songland Farms (Wimberley, TX) and proteins from Elder Hill Farms (Driftwood, TX).

First Course: Harvest Salad
Baby kale, arugula, shaved fennel, roasted beets, candied pecans, chèvre, maple cider
vinaigrette

Second Course: Pumpkin Gnocchi
House-made pumpkin gnocchi, roasted sweet corn, wild mushrooms, crisped sage, brown
butter

Third Course: Roasted Pork Loin
Brown sugar & spice–rubbed pork loin from Elder Hill Farms, glazed butternut squash, rainbow carrots, Yukon gold mashed potatoes

Fourth Course: Mini Apple Pies
Cinnamon-spiced apples, flaky pastry, bourbon glaze

  • No food or beverage substitutions please.  Menu subject to change based on harvest and product availability.  

  • Please plan to arrive for the Welcome Reception between 7:30 – 7:45p.m. Dinner will begin promptly at 7:45 p.m.
