Adair is a crisp yet delicate beer prefect to enjoy in the shade of an oak tree! We pay tribute to this traditional German ale-lager hybrid by using 100% German Noble hops.

We’ve named this beer after an old Texas family name, passed down for generations in the Vista Brewing family.

Wine Barrel Aged • Papaya • Brett • Cherry • 7.0% abv

Time in oak barrels, still wet with red wine, give beautiful fruit notes ranging from strawberry to cherry. Hints of papaya from the Brett yeast strain.
